Community Coach (Rhinelander 10-28 hours/week) Headwaters Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer looking for a part-time Community Coach at our Rhinelander location in our Day Services Program to work between 10-28 hours/week.

Community Coach:

Starting at $17.00/hour and would receive Part Time Benefits As a Community Coach, you will: Provide encouragement and coaching to people with disabilities who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits in the community. You will go with participants in the community to do activities such as shopping, going to the library, volunteer opportunities, bowling, bingo, movies, etc. Build community membership and help facilitate interactions and friendships Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits Write documentation about the support you provided during your shift Work with a variety of needs including medical, behavioral, and mental health supports. •Part Time Benefits include Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, and Major Holidays Off. •People with a passion to help others are encouraged to apply.
