Provides support to the mother in breastfeeding their infant. Provision of in and out patient breastfeeding education, support and care. Management of telephone triage of breastfeeding phone calls, breast pump rental/sales and nursing bra fitting/sales as well as presentation of prenatal breastfeeding classes.
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or equivalent Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) with plan to take IBCLC exam Basic Life support (BLS) from the American Heart Association Preferred - International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) ProHealth Care, one of the largest employers in Waukesha County, offers work that is challenging and rewarding.
