This energetic position requires a proactive approach to managing physicians' schedules, ensuring seamless patient care delivery, and optimizing clinic efficiency. You will be the central hub for coordinating appointments, managing staff schedules, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise will help foster an organized, responsive environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate, efficient physicians' schedules, balancing patient needs with provider availability. Coordinate with medical staff, administrative teams, and external partners to ensure timely appointment bookings and resource allocation Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and JCAHO standards while managing sensitive medical records and patient information. Proven experience in medical office management with a strong understanding of clinic workflows and healthcare operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple schedules efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with physicians, staff, patients, and external partners. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health records (EHR) systems is essential for accuracy and compliance.
