Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Medical record experience in a hospital setting preferred. OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for assembling and maintaining patients' health information in either EMR (Electronic Medical Record or charts. Ensures all forms are completed and properly identified and signed and all necessary information is in the chart or system.
