Day Shift | Monday-Friday Relocation Assistance Available Lead the Future of Health Information Management We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Health Information Management (HIM) to oversee and lead all aspects of health information operations within a growing healthcare system. This leadership opportunity is ideal for a strategic healthcare professional with expertise in health information management, coding operations, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, security, accessibility, and compliance of patient health information while supporting organizational goals and clinical excellence. Position Overview As the Director of Health Information Management, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all HIM functions, including medical records management, coding operations, release of information, trauma registry oversight, transcription services, document management, and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, physicians, clinical departments, and operational teams to optimize workflows, improve performance, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity and patient privacy.
