HIM Manager — Direct Hire | Saginaw, MI Growing healthcare system in Saginaw, MI is hiring an HIM Manager to lead coding, CDI, and Health Information Management operations. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable, established healthcare organization. What You'll Do Oversee coding, CDI, medical transcription, chart completion, and release of information Partner with physicians and CDI specialists to improve DRG accuracy and documentation integrity Manage departmental budget, productivity, and HIM-related AR Lead, coach, and develop a team of coding and HIM staff Ensure HIPAA compliance and legal medical record integrity What You Need Bachelor's Degree Active RHIA or RHIT credential (RN with medical records experience considered if paired with an RHIA/RHIT-credentialed HIM leader) Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in Health Information Management Strong knowledge of DRG, CMI, coding compliance, and HIM operations Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Apply today or reach out directly to learn more! #
