Paramedic

•5:30 pm Join our team supporting one of the largest capital construction projects in North Texas. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced EMT to provide occupational health and emergency medical services on a large industrial construction site. This position is ideal for a paramedic who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about workplace safety, injury management, and emergency response. The on-site medical clinic is expected to experience a high patient volume and will be staffed by a multidisciplinary occupational health team. Responsibilities Provide emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses. Rapidly assess, stabilize, and manage medical emergencies, including severe traumatic injuries such as amputations, burns, falls, and other industrial accidents. Administer advanced medications and treatments within scope of practice. Establish and manage advanced airways when necessary. Collaborate with the onsite medical team to coordinate patient care and emergency response. Support occupational health services, including injury care, return-to-work programs, wellness initiatives, and health screenings. Participate in workplace safety initiatives and assist with hazard identification and prevention efforts. Maintain accurate electronic medical documentation while complying with OSHA, client, and company policies. Qualifications Current AZ EMT License Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or as required by state) Experience in occupational health, industrial, construction, emergency, or critical care environments preferred Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial setting Certification & Training DOT Breath Alcohol Technician (DOT-BAT) certification required Don't have your DOT-BAT certification?
