Immediately Job Description Under general supervision of the District nurse and administration to provide a variety of specialized health care services for students who are health impaired and/or have specialized health care needs to administer first aid to students and staff members; to maintain health service information and records; and to do related work as required.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING
Experience working with children in a health education setting; equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade, preferably supplemented by courses in child health, first aid, or related field; or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Willing to take additional training to treat specific medical conditions to permit students to effectively participate in instruction.
REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATE
Current hands-on First Aid/CPR Certificate, possession of a valid California Driver's License.
REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS

It is the policy of this District that employment will be offered to the successful candidate contingent upon satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol-screening test, fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and FBI, and a current verification of a negative T.B. test or chest x-ray.
