We are looking for a experienced, reliable, professional Battery Technician to join our AAA emergency response team. You will be face to face with customers providing on-the-spot battery testing, jump starts and replacement batteries either under warranty or a sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to service calls via digital dispatch within a specific timeframe. Perform diagnostic test on batteries, starters and alternators using AAA approved equipment. Expertly install batteries in a wide variety of vehicles makes and models. Educate members on battery health and provide on-site sales of AAA branded batteries. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.

Required Experience:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive repair, roadside assistance, or battery service. Ability to troubleshoot 12V electrical system. Excellent costumer service skills (must be able to be calm in stressful situations) Valid drivers license and clean driving record (no major accidents or points in the last 3-5 years) Prior experience with AAA, Club Assist and Fsl.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
