INTERESTING CALLS

•We run ER and County calls almost exclusively. Some psych and some long distance transports. No dialysis or doctor's appointments. 2.

NO MANDATORY HOLD-OVERS

•A common theme of the EMS industry is going home well past your scheduled off time. We make a point to get you off on time, and will never give you a call past the end of your shift. 3.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

•You tell us when you can work, and we will schedule you for those days/times only. Need to change your availability? All we need is one week's notice . You won't find a more flexible work schedule anywhere else. 4.

POWER GURNEYS ONLY

•We have no manual gurneys , so no need to worry about injuring yourself lifting patients. 5.

NO MICRO-MANAGEMENT

•Our only focus is providing our clients with the best possible service and our patients with the best possible care. All we care about is a job well done , so if you enjoy supervisors breathing down your neck all day, you wouldn't like it here. 6.

POSITIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT

•We insist on politeness and courtesy from everyone, especially dispatch and management. Our management team, FTOs and dispatchers were all EMTs first, and all were promoted from within. So we get it. 6.
