Job Overview:
We are seeking a CA Licensed EMT to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be comfortable performing hands-on procedures related to men's health.
Responsibilities:
Patient Assessments:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including medical history, physical examinations, and discussions of symptoms related to erectile dysfunction.
Hands-On Procedures:
Administer acoustic wave therapy treatments directly on patients' genital areas, requiring a high level of skill, professionalism, and sensitivity.
Patient Education:
Explain the acoustic wave treatment process, potential outcomes, and aftercare instructions to patients, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
Confidentiality Maintenance:
Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations throughout all interactions and treatments.
Documentation:
Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinic protocols.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care and support.
Qualifications:
Valid California EMT certification. Ability to handle sensitive patient situations with empathy and professionalism. Excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients. Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service. 5 years of management experience, showcasing leadership and organizational skills. Experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred, but not required. Ability to work well under minimum supervision and as part of a team.
Daily Duties:
Perform initial patient evaluations, including physical exams focusing on the genital area. Administer acoustic wave treatments, involving direct application on the genital region to promote blood flow and tissue regeneration. Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilized. Facilitate a comfortable atmosphere for patients, recognizing the sensitivity of the procedures involved.
