Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Wellness Technician, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting clinical operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring patients receive compassionate, efficient, and comprehensive wellness services. As a Wellness Technician, you will be instrumental in managing patient interactions, assisting with clinical procedures, and maintaining accurate medical documentation—all while fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every individual you serve. Responsibilities Assist children and adults with wellness therapies Set up and monitor neurofeedback sessions Assist with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Help operate additional wellness technologies, including light therapy and other non-invasive modalities Prepare treatment rooms and equipment Ensure patients are comfortable and supported throughout their visits Learn specialized brain wellness techniques through on-the-job training Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Manage medical records, including charting, and maintaining accurate documentation of patient encounters in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide exceptional patient service by addressing questions, guiding patients through procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Support medical office management tasks such as scheduling appointments, and managing electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems). College coursework or current enrollment in a related field is preferred Qualifications Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically across diverse populations. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
