Role Summary A Regenerative Therapy Technician is a specialized healthcare support professional responsible for assisting in the delivery and support of a variety of regenerative procedures within senior living communities, with a strong emphasis on both resident care and technical competency. The position centers on supporting cutting-edge treatments, such as red-light therapy, hydrogen inhalation, auricular therapy, micro impact therapy, and PEMF therapy, providing both technical and interpersonal support for residents undergoing these modalities. This position reports to the Vice President of Corporate Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Treatment rooms and ensure that all supplies and equipment required for regenerative therapies are available and functioning correctly. Safely operate and maintain clinical equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulatory protocols. Assist with resident intake procedures, help prepare individuals for treatments, and manage the tracking of all clinical tools used in the therapies. Accurately document every interaction with residents, maintaining high-quality records, monitoring data collection, and adhering to privacy and clinical standards. Contribute to quality assurance by sterilizing equipment, managing supply inventory, and supporting the preparation of educational materials for residents and families.
Designed Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of a high school diploma; a certificate in healthcare or a related field is preferred. Experience in clinical settings, specifically involving older adults or memory care; EMT or fitness training is desireable. Familiarity with regenerative therapies, physical health concepts, and relevant health science is a plus. Competence with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems and strict confidentiality in patient documentation. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and critical-thinking abilities for collaboration and resident/family education.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
