The successful candidate:

Hours are 8:30am - 5pm - 5 days a week Paraprofessional with current Paramedic certification and associated BLS/ACLS, who works under supervision for assigned tasks. Assumes responsibility and accountability for phlebotomy inclusive of port access, starting intravenous lines, obtaining samples for lab tests as appropriate, assisting the department clinical stakeholders. Environmental duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or departmental expectations. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of patient needs. Education/Experience Level High School Diploma or equivalent State of Georgia Paramedic license required PCT certification or CNA license desirable Current BLS, ACLS, and CPR required Knowledge and Skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office products Excellent communication, clerical, organizational, interpersonal and guest relation skills Attention to detail Ability to plan and/or organize activities occurring in the nursing station Ability to prioritize City of Hope is an equal opportunity employer.
