A Health Technician or Technologist (Other) performs medical tests and operates diagnostic equipment. May specialize working in mental health, emergency medicine, occupational health, or in a medical laboratory.
We are seeking a part time Certified Surgical Tech (CST) for our Obstetrics team in Boise! As a CST with Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will provide set-up and preparation of surgical procedures for physicians and surgical staff. Provides support and communicates directly with surgical teams and supervisory staff.
General Requirements:
One year of scrub experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred
License/Certification:
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) by the NBSTSA or as a Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C) by the NCCT required Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network required
