Responsibilities include performing hourly rounds in collaboration with clinical staff, obtaining and documenting patient care data, and supporting patient positioning and mobility to ensure comfort and safety. Qualifications & Skills Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited CNA program with an active Illinois CNA Registry listing, or be a nursing student with clinical rotation experience. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. Key Duties Assist patients with hygiene and nutrition according to care plans Perform hourly patient rounding with RN collaboration Document patient care data accurately Support patient mobility and positioning Additional Information Position is located in Lake Forest and offers benefits including health, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
