Job Overview As an EMT, you are on the front line of patient care—providing high-quality, compassionate emergency medical treatment to individuals experiencing illness or injury. What You'll Do Provide high-quality emergency medical care and patient assessment in accordance with established protocols Maintain strong working knowledge of treatment guidelines, response procedures, and quality assurance standards Ensure readiness of your assigned unit, including cleanliness, equipment checks, medical supply inventory, and overall vehicle condition Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all policies and regulations Collaborate effectively with partners, dispatch, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and communication related to patient care and transport Support a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement
