Job Description

Norton County Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Specialty Clinic Aide to support our Specialty Clinic team. This position plays an important role in providing excellent patient care by assisting the Specialty Clinic Manager and nursing staff during specialty clinic days.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist the Specialty Clinic Manager and nursing staff with daily clinic operations Room patients and obtain vital signs Update patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) Prepare and stock exam rooms Provide general support to ensure clinics run efficiently Perform other duties as assigned This position is scheduled primarily on days when visiting specialists hold clinics at Norton County Hospital, averaging approximately 50-58 hours per month. The schedule will vary from week to week based on the specialty clinic calendar; however, workdays are provided in advance, allowing employees to plan accordingly.
