The applicant must have a passion for this field of work and possess qualities of caring and compassion. The duties required will be determined by the case coordinator per the needs of the client. The ideal applicant must have a vehicle. We are currently hiring for all shifts. General duties for an employee include, maintaining and enhancing the well-being and health of the client. The employee will also be required to provide physical support, if required, to the individual client. It is the employee's duty to implement the client's individual service plan as trained. Employees are required to use the LASRS electronic time sheet system for each shift using the personal mobile device. Along with the electronic time sheets, daily progress notes and service logs describing what services were given and how the services were implemented for the client must be done for each client. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Medication Reminders Assisting with Personal Hygiene tasks Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance with Bathing Assisting with Community Outings Monitoring and Supervision of Well-being Complete all paperwork as required including progress notes Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the person supported. Transportation (community outings, doctor visits, etc.)
