The Constant Companion assists with the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The primary responsibility will be focused on individual supervision and providing direct observation of a patient. The Constant Companion must demonstrate the ability and willingness to participate in a Patient Care Team as a caregiver responsible for quality of own work and remain flexible in response to change. Functioning under the direction of a Registered Nurse and Nurse Manager.
Job Description:
Education/Experience:
1. High School equivalent2. Prior experience working with patients/clients or student in health related field preferable.

BCLS Preferred Pay Range:
$18.00 - $24.23The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
