Job Description:

Avielle Haven is a small, resident-focused assisted living home in Midland. We are currently hiring caregivers who are dependable, consistent, and take pride in their work. Hiring for all shifts. This is not a good fit for someone looking for occasional or flexible work. We are looking for individuals who want steady hours, a predictable schedule, and a meaningful role caring for others.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily care needs Provide companionship and emotional support Maintain a clean, calm, and safe environment Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Ability to work assigned shift consistently Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays Caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but we will train the right person)

We are not a large, chaotic facility. We are a calm, organized home where relationships matter. We can train skills—but we cannot train reliability.
