Job Description

Job Summary We are actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with extensive experience across various clinical settings. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing services, supporting patient recovery, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for diverse populations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare environments, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and home health settings. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing routine assessments with precision and compassion. Assist with complex medical procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care Document patient information accurately uncommunication across care teams. Manage specialized care for patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or those requiring memory or behavioral health support. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols to safeguard patient confidentiality and safety. Assist in and patient education to promote ongoing health management at home or in community settings.

Requirements Valid LPN license with current licensure in the applicable state or region. Experience with critical care procedures including ventilator management, airway management, and acute pain management. Excellent communication skills for effective patient assessment and interdisciplinary collaboration. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays is highly desirable. Additional skills such as , trauma center experience, or home & community care background are advantageous. Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
