Role:
Audrie Home Health Care LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our growing team in Brooklyn Park, MN. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily care and support right in the comfort of their own homes. If you have a passion for helping others and want to be part of a caring team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
Requirements:
Current PCA certification or willingness to complete required PCA training in Minnesota Ability to pass a background check as required by Minnesota state regulations Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Brooklyn Park, MN area Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients as needed
