64, based on years of experience Job Summary The Emergency Medical Technician (Patient Care Technician/PCT) provides supportive, compassionate, and high-quality patient care under the direction of the healthcare team. The technician assists patients and families, supports clinical staff, and helps maintain an efficient flow of patients throughout the clinic. The ideal candidate should have experience working as a Clinical Technician in a hospital or clinic setting , with emergency department experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide supportive and compassionate care to patients and families. Assist the healthcare team with patient care activities. Help ensure a safe, comfortable, and positive patient experience. Support patient flow throughout the Urgency Center and Clinic Services. Assist clinical staff with day-to-day patient care needs. Follow established clinical, safety, and patient-care procedures. Communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, providers, and other members of the care team. Maintain a professional and respectful environment. Demonstrate the organization's mission, vision, values, and guiding principles. Perform other duties as assigned by the care team. Required Qualifications Successful completion of an EMT Program . Current BLS Certification . Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinical Technician in a clinic or hospital setting. Preferred Qualifications Previous Emergency Department (ED) experience . Experience working in an urgent care, emergency, or fast-paced clinical environment. Certification Required BLS
  • Basic Life Support Schedule The schedule is subject to change based on operational needs. Week 1: Friday/Saturday/Sunday

  • 8:00 AM-8:30 PM Week 3: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
