Click here for more about this department Responsibilities What You'll Do Notify clients of positive test results and schedule patient appointments. Provide rapid testing for syphilis, HIV, and Hepatitis C. Perform directly observed therapy for Chlamydia patients. Provide harm reduction counseling. Maintain data in multiple data systems. Conduct field work as needed. Support community-based education and testing initiatives. Provide community education as part of the Health Department's Sexual and Reproductive Health Education Program. Promote best practices for public health STI/HIV interventions. Qualifications

REQUIRES

High School Diploma and two (2) years of experience in private, public, or community healthcare, community sanitation, health inspections, health education, data analysis, or related healthcare fields; OR an accredited Associate's degree . Other Information URGENT!!!
