Job Description:

1.Performs routine personal care and assists with activities of daily living for patients. 2.Assists patients with body mechanics such as: ambulation, turning, positioning, transfer to wheelchairs/stretchers, and assists with range of motion. 3.Assist patients with nutrition and elimination needs. 4.Performs special procedures as assigned and notifies the nurse of any abnormal findings. 5.According to scope and nursing policy and procedure, documents nursing assistant care provided to patients. 6.Observes infection control measures. 7.
