Training:
12 weeks of paid, hands-on training Starting rate is $19.42. Goes up based on healthcare experience Why This Role Matters Being a Patient Care Technician isn't just a job—it's a chance to give life. You'll provide one-on-one care to patients during dialysis treatments, helping them feel safe, supported, and cared for. What You'll Do Care for up to 4 patients at a time Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis Record vital signs and observations Set up and clean dialysis machines Build long-term relationships with patients and your team Your Schedule Shifts start as early as 4:15 AM Work 3-4 days/week Shifts are typically 10-12 hours Closed Sundays Every other Saturday required Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing meaningful work and doing it well.
