Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for Laconia case to provide essential in-home nursing support to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various healthcare settings, including long-term care, hospital, or assisted living environments. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering personalized patient care with professionalism and compassion. Duties Assist with daily patient care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Monitor and record vital signs accurately, ensuring timely communication of changes to supervising nurses or physicians. Support medication administration under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, adhering strictly to medication protocols. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Follow aseptic techniques and infection control procedures to ensure patient safety and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. Provide specialized care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or memory care needs, tailoring approaches to individual requirements. Assist with catheter care, wound management, and other complex medical tasks as trained and authorized. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Nursing Assistant (LNA) or equivalent certification. Prior experience working in critical care settings such as ICU, emergency medicine, or Level I Trauma Centers is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in long-term care facilities including nursing homes and assisted living communities. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) certification. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for documentation purposes. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and those requiring behavioral health support. Strong communication skills coupled with a compassionate approach to patient service and caregiving. $18.50 - $21.00 per hour
