We have Evening (3p-11p), and Night (11p-7a) availibity. These shifts are designed to see mutlitple clients on one site. No more travel around Niagara County for minimal hours.
DUTIES:
Observing and monitoring Residents. Helping Residents' care for their personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming etc. Assist with Resident care and activities as needed. Documenting Resident Care Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse. Maintain confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid New York State PCA/HHA Certification. Must be able to work every other weekend
