Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RST)
- Sleep Lab
- St. Charles Hospital Mercy Health
- 3.
- Sleep Disorder Specialist (SDS) credential (required for RTs; preferred in South Carolina).
Clinical Skills :
Proficient with computers , sleep equipment, devices and software A ccuracy with data entry and Microsoft Office. Comprehensive knowledge o f guidelines pertaining to sleep medicine and testing. Analytical skills Strategic thinking and planningInterpersonal Skills:
Ability to separate personal from professional interactions a nd maintain professional/ethical boundaries. Ability to learn and implement new procedures and adapt to emerging community needs. Cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
