• This role is located covers several areas in South Oregon. You will be issued a company vehicle and work on the road most of the time. This role is 100% travel with a rotation of 8 weeks on/1 week off.

This position often requires relocation. You may be assigned to various locations for different durations throughout your employment. While some locations may be near your current residence, others could be farther away. Many assignments will include stipends to assist with travel, living expenses, and meals. This position follows an 8-week on, 1-week off rotation.

Responsibilities:

Administer emergency medical care, including respiratory, trauma, and cardiac interventions, and conduct patient assessments (e.g., drug screenings). Perform record-keeping, filing, and data entry as required, excluding treatment-related records. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards. Provide information on medical treatments and procedures, promoting a culture of health and safety. Measure vital signs and collect specimens Document all patient interactions and care provided. Monitor worker health and manage preventative care on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency response procedures. Maintain readiness for on-site incidents. Requirements

• Must be able to work at least 50 hours per week.
• Must be able to work 8-10 hour shifts
• Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
• Ability to climb without difficulty.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in small spaces.
• Ability to talk, hear, and taste/smell while performing job duties.
• Must have a favorable driving record for the past 5 years.
• Must pass detailed Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
• Ability to work independently in remote or isolated locations.
• Must have Strong team collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific safety procedures (construction, mining, etc.). Skills and Experience
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• Skilled in administering emergency care (CPR, trauma management, etc.).
• Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, local/state regulations).
• Proficient in medical record-keeping and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers and management.
• Physical stamina to lift, assist, and manage patients.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Access to additional third-party insurance options Compensation Transparency Based on an hourly rate of $36/hour and an anticipated schedule of 40 regular hours plus approximately 10 overtime hours per week, total compensation is conservatively estimated at approximately $2,855 per week or over $140,000+ annually, including overtime and per diem.
