Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Must-Haves High school diploma or equivalent Child Abuse Clearance & Criminal Record Clearance Experience working with children or adults with disabilities Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provides one-to-one and small group behavioral support to students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across elementary and secondary school settings. The RBT works closely with teachers, behavior consultants, and support staff to implement IEP goals and behavior support plans, collect daily data, and promote positive behavioral outcomes. Candidates should have reliable transportation, strong communication and documentation skills, and be available to work the full school day Monday through Friday. This role may also include providing personal care support to students in a school-based setting.

Compensation:

$18 - $20 per hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
