We're looking for part-time Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our dedicated team! Starting as a BHT is a great entry point into the behavioral health field. After gaining one year of experience, you'll become eligible for other growth opportunities within our organization. As a BHT, you'll work under the supervision of a Mobile Therapist or Behavioral Consultant to implement individualized treatment plans in the child's home, school, and community settings.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting children in managing challenging behaviors Helping children build social and problem-solving skills Reinforcing positive behaviors and parental strategies Assisting children with integration into group activities Collecting behavioral data to support treatment progress Assisting with de-escalation when needed This is a school-year position , ideal for stay-at-home professionals, graduate students, or anyone looking for a meaningful role with built-in time off.
Schedule:
