Description The Patient Care Technician assists patients with activities of daily living and selective procedures delegated and communicated by the licensed nurse. Required Qualifications:

Coursework/Training:

Combined equivalent experience and certification needed for function and level., Or Current graduate of state approved PCT program (CPCT).

Upon hire:

National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician
• National Association for Health Professionals, Or Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician
• National Center for Competency Testing, or Upon hire: National Certified Patient Care Technician/Assistant
