What You'll Do Referrals and/or Triage , you'll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the care they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and managing patient referrals to specialists or external providers. Communicating with patients, providers, and insurance companies to facilitate a smooth referral process. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all referral activities. Following up with patients to ensure appointments are scheduled and completed. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic's operations. Intake patients,vitials and take down chief complaint Move patient to exam rooms or back to the waiting room What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need: At least 2 year of experience in a similar role or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and patient-focused attitude.
