DIS - Alamo Colleges District - North Alamo Requisition #: req14052 Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: M-F 8a-1pm; 1pm-5pm; 6pm-9pm Job Summary and Description Position responsible for teaching Continuing Education classes. Continuing Education Instructors are hired in a part-time capacity contingent upon the needs of the department. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays. Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year.
Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:
A Licensed Pharmacy Technician from an accredited Certification training program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Three (3) years of work experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Teaching experience preferred. Any other designations as required by local, state, or federal laws to work in the field. EEO Statement
