Exult Healthcare is hiring a full-time Medical Assistant, Psych for our outpatient behavioral health clinics in McKinney and Sherman. On site. Full-time. Must be able to travel to and work at either clinic as scheduled: McKinney at 4801 Medical Center Dr, McKinney, TX, and Sherman at 600 E Taylor St Suite 4001, Sherman, TX 75090. Hours typically 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. $18 to $24 an hour. Medical director Dr. Deepika Bhargava. All medical acts are under clinician delegation and supervision. You do not diagnose, prescribe, or change medication orders on your own. What you get

• 6 p.m. No nights. No weekends
• Work across both clinics — McKinney and Sherman — as the schedule requires
• Outpatient psych / behavioral health clinics (psychiatry, therapy, TMS, addiction treatment)
• Billing, credentialing, and scheduling support from clinic staff What you'll do
• Prepare patients for clinic visits: intake documentation, vital signs, height/weight, rooming
• Assist with examinations, treatments, and procedures as directed
• Document in the EHR; keep rooms stocked, cleaned, and turned over
• Support prescription refill workflows under protocol (review meds with patient, pull refill requests, verify current Rx in EHR, pending refill for the provider). Do not accept new med orders or dose/route/frequency changes
• Collect specimens and perform point-of-care testing when ordered and trained
• Help with insurance authorizations, referrals, forms, and patient coordination as assigned
• Light front-desk support when needed (phones, scheduling, check-in/out)
• Travel between McKinney and Sherman clinics as assigned to cover full-time needs at either location What you need
• Behavioral health experience required (psych ambulatory, psych floor, behavioral health clinic, or similar)
• Medical Assistant experience; MA program or certification a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with psychiatric outpatients; reliable; follows protocol
