You will utilize your mechanical expertise to install, calibrate, and validate complex medical machinery, directly impacting the quality of patient care in clinical environments. Responsibilities Coordinate with project management teams to align equipment installation timelines with facility construction and operational needs. Conduct thorough site assessments to verify utility requirements, structural dimensions, and logistical pathways for heavy equipment transport. Execute the end-to-end installation process, including uncrating, precision assembly, leveling, and connecting essential utility systems. Perform rigorous functional testing and system validation to ensure all medical devices meet safety and performance standards. Maintain accurate digital service records and documentation for all completed installations. Deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring work areas are pristine and providing final operational walkthroughs for facility staff. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of mechanical experience in construction or HVAC, or an Associate's degree in a technical field with 1+ year of relevant experience. Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints. Strong troubleshooting capabilities and technical aptitude for complex machinery. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interaction. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel extensively. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with commercial plumbing and pipefitting. Prior experience installing or maintaining sterilizers, washers, or steam generators. OSHA 10-Hour Certification or equivalent safety training. Advanced proficiency in Windows-based software and mobile reporting tools.
