7:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-Time New Haven is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians / Mental Health Technicians to support adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting in Saratoga Springs, Utah. This role is a strong fit for candidates interested in behavioral health, psychology, social work, counseling, youth mentoring, or residential treatment. You'll provide hands-on support through daily routines, group activities, coping skills, emotional regulation, and structured programming while working closely with therapists and clinical staff.Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention skills when neededQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with a good driving record Ability to pass a Utah State background check Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months Ability to obtain a Food Handler's Permit before the first day of workBenefits:
