Proactive Health is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to improving patient care for seniors through cutting-edge technology and compassionate service. By blending advanced biometric monitoring with the strength of personal connections, our goal is to empower seniors and their healthcare providers with the data, knowledge, and tools to take charge of their health, reducing readmissions to the hospital and enhancing their quality of life. The role of the Field Patient Care Technician is to be the face of Proactive Health as patients join our service. They are often the first to meet the patient in person, the first to educate them on our service, and the one to set up the biometric devices that our patients will use in perpetuity. We are looking for a full-time technician to join our install team in Seattle metro area with an early September start date.
What You'll Do:
Travel to and from patient's homes Be on time to appointments Effectively educate the patient on Proactive Health's services Answer any questions regarding our service Set up our biometric devices in their home to monitor their vitals Perform a full patient intake including: Medical conditions Medical history Current medications Document clearly and effectively Tech Support-troubleshoot devices when needed.
What You'll Need:
Experience working with senior citizens, preferred Experience with sales, preferred Experience working in healthcare, preferred Be tech saavy-basic troubleshooting skills Over 18 years of age Drivers License & personal vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
