Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy Primary Care Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. As Practice Manager, you will oversee staff coordination, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, optimize clinic workflows, and support providers in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our community. - Friday 40 hours per week, 5X8 hour shifts This position manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic, health center or an inpatient service and takes complete ownership for the successful operations, including financial, employee engagement and retention and customer satisfaction.
