We are currently looking for an experienced, compassionate, and career-oriented Office Manager in Albertville, AL. Clinic Manager Job Description Our Clinic Managers coordinate the daily operations of our outpatient clinics such as: coordinating schedules and work for providers and staff; medical records, customer service and accounts receivable. This is an in office position at our office in Albertville, AL. Clinic Manager Salary and Benefits Starting salary of $19/hr Health Insurance premiums are shared by IBH Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Short Term Disability provided Long Term Disability provided Life insurance provided Paid Time Off 7 Holidays Contribution model 401k Clinic Manager Responsibilities Train, supervise and assist front office staff and medical assistants in the performance of their daily tasks. Serve as a liaison between practice providers, office staff and patients Oversee and complete front office duties such as scheduling, invoicing and statements, payments, staffing, and other administrative tasks. Clinic Manager Position Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, medical office management, or a related field preferred 3-5 years experience in a front office role of a medical practice, including scheduling, patient registration, referrals, and medical records. at least 2 years experience supervising a team, including training, coaching, scheduling and counseling clinical support staff Understanding of medical billing collections, accounts receivable, and revenue-cycle process Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare/Medicaid requirements, and applicable healthcare regulations. Proficiency with handling multiple projects & tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and electronic medical records systems.
