Responsibilities:

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for running a group of profitable restaurants and for making sure the restaurants meet the McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is an extra-important role! The Operation Supervisor works with his/her Operations Manager to set the restaurant's goals and builds a plan to achieve those goals.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of Restaurant Leaders
• Helping the Restaurant Leaders in setting their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing mentoring and strategic direction to improve their Restaurants and the restaurant overall.
• Hiring, training, and developing the restaurant team to ensure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future. What you bring to the table:
• Two years in multiple unit management experience with QSR
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, develop a team, and work within a team
• Strong experience with P&L revenue and forecasting
• Strong communication skills
