Job Description

Kabel Hearing, LLC is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support and coordinate patients' hearing healthcare journeys, fostering strong connections and facilitating communication between patients and providers. Join us in promoting wellness through improved hearing health and make a positive impact daily. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients, manage appointments and records using EHR systems. Coordinate communication between patients and audiologists. Educate patients on hearing services, products, and insurance. Handle billing inquiries and support insurance claims. Assist clinical team with documentation and administrative tasks. Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and care adherence. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Experience in healthcare coordination, customer service, or administration. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and patient-centered approach. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Familiarity with EHR systems and basic computer skills. Empathy and patience with diverse patient populations. Knowledge of hearing healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
