As an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP), you'll own the patient journey, build strong clinical relationships, and bring complex seating and mobility solutions to life. You'll work alongside therapists, physicians, caregivers, and leading manufacturers to solve real mobility challenges and create better outcomes for patients. What You'll Do Conduct patient evaluations to assess mobility, seating, and positioning needs in collaboration with therapists and clinicians. Recommend and configure complex rehab wheelchairs, seating systems, and related mobility equipment. Develop accurate equipment specifications and quotes based on clinical recommendations and patient needs. Build strong relationships with therapists, physicians, referral partners, patients, and caregivers. Participate in equipment delivery, fitting, seating, positioning, and follow-up adjustments. Maintain strong knowledge of Complex Rehab Technology, HCPCS coding, documentation requirements, and evolving mobility solutions. Serve as a trusted mobility resource for patients, clinical partners, and internal teams. Help grow and develop the mobility presence within your territory. What We're Looking For Current ATP certification required Experience with Complex Rehab Technology, seating, positioning, and mobility equipment Strong knowledge of power and manual complex rehab wheelchairs Familiarity with HCPCS coding and DME documentation requirements Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills Patient-focused approach with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and internal teams Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of a territory and patient caseload Why Join Us?
