Director, Hospital Medicine — 500+ Bed Level II Trauma Center A high-performing 500+ bed hospital and Level II Trauma Center in the Gulf South Region is seeking a Director to lead its 35-40 provider hospital medicine program. If you currently hold a Site Director, Regional Director, or Site Medical Director Operations title at a hospitalist staffing or management company, your experience translates directly to this role. This is a single-site leadership position with full ownership of the program's operations, budget, and provider relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Full site-level operational management of a 35-40 provider hospitalist team Schedule design and coverage planning for 24/7/365 service P&L ownership and participation in annual site budgeting Ensuring 100% credentialing, licensing, and payer enrollment compliance Building and maintaining the relationship between the provider group and hospital administration

Requirements:

Bachelor's required, Master's (MHA/MBA) preferred 3-5 years managing a hospitalist or inpatient physician program, ideally at a site level Strong financial and analytical skills, especially around productivity and payer data Experience with provider onboarding and team performance management

Compensation:
