We are looking for someone with an exceptional work ethic, excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead a team. The Dietary Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, dietary staff, meal service, sanitation, compliance, inventory, ordering, and overall department performance. The ideal candidate is dependable, hands-on, organized, professional, and able to maintain high standards in a fast-paced nursing home setting. Long-term care dietary experience is strongly preferred.
