They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understand department policies to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team and ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications include being a new graduate or a licensed RN in good standing in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN. Apply basic nursing knowledge and skills to meet standards of care. Act as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team. CPR certification is required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be necessary based on unit needs. Specialty units will provide specific education as needed. This role offers a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule, with shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
