They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and a strong understanding of department policies and workflows to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Must be a new graduate or a registered nurse in good standing, licensed in Arkansas; BSN preferred. Apply basic nursing knowledge to meet care standards and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team. Not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program. CPR certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be needed based on unit requirements. Specialty units provide specific education as needed. The position offers 72 hours bi-weekly and emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and delivering high-quality patient care.
