JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Associates degree or high school diploma with previous experience and above certifications. Experience Minimum 2 year experience as drug screen collector or coordinator. Physical This is a safety sensitive position. Please see the St. Bernards Substance Abuse Policy for further information. Ability to work alone with little supervision, basic understanding of computers and good typing skills, ability to relate to customers as well as people form diverse backgrounds with multiple problems, current Arkansas license, positive attitude, positive driving record.
JOB SUMMARY
The Drug & Alcohol Testing Coordinator works with referring industries, may be required to drive to local industries in implementing collection, and accountability of patient drug/alcohol testing samples. This individual is trained and knowledgeable in all aspects of urinalysis collection, hair collection, and accountability processes. This position requires all ability to work independently with little to no direct supervision. The coordinator must have an ability to convey a positive and professional image to patients, co-workers, physicians, Industry human resource staff and must be able to maintain client confidentiality. Must be computer literate and possess good organizational skills. The Coordinator must be able to perform duties involving light lifting, and possess an ability to sit for long periods of time. Attendance is an essential function of this job.
